Our Story

The name “Life Psycle” is derived from the concepts of “Life Cycle” and “psyche”, reflecting the intrinsic connection between emotional health and the natural cycles that shape our experiences.

We created Life Psycle because therapy isn’t just about talking back and forth about your issues in a session — it’s also about the first step someone takes to reach out and seek help. I wanted that first step to feel safe, convenient and comfortable for everyone (especially the introverts out there).

Our website is more than a place to list my services. It’s a space where you can get a sense of who I am, what therapy with me feels like, and whether this could be the right space for you.

Finding the right therapist can be an emotionally exhausting process and with the amount of pseudo psychologists out there, it becomes even more confusing. By going through this detailed professional space of mine, you get to make an informed decision of whether you feel comfortable to go ahead and take that leap of faith in yourself and in me.

Why did I choose to become a Psychologist?

A personal path shaped by curiosity, courage, and a commitment to create safe spaces for real conversations.

Being terrible at maths introduced me to the subject of Psychology in class 11 and after that, my interest in this field kept growing. Although, I was too scared to continue studying psychology after my bachelors as I wasn't too sure if I would do justice to my clients. That is when the people close to me stepped up and made sure to remind me that I do possess the skills required to be a good psychologist.

Being a therapist doesn't mean that I understand you better than yourself or that I can give you solutions to your problems and neither will I mollycoddle you. I will provide you with tools, suggestions, different perspectives and that would give you a better understanding of what to do next.

My goal wasn't just the wellbeing of mankind but for them to be able to have that space where they get to be themselves, talk about the things that are bothering them and if needed, try and use the suggested interventions.

The moment I embraced being a therapist, I realised that there's nothing more rewarding than being a part of my clients' breakthrough. Each one reminds me why I chose this path and strengthens my love for the work I do.
