INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Audio sessions:
Take sessions whenever it's convenient for you. If you're an introvert and find video calls daunting, you don't have to worry about how awkward they will be. Conduct sessions in a room or outside in a park, or somewhere else you feel most comfortable discussing your concerns.

Video sessions:
If you feel that audio calls are too formal, you can make your session more personal and mindful by using a video call (Google Meet) to talk about the issues at hand. Taking a video session has the same, if not more, advantages as in-person sessions, which are more difficult to set up and may feel more taxing.

What would you like to discuss?

1. Relationship issues

We facilitate open discussions around conflict resolution, emotional disconnection, boundary setting, communication breakdowns, trust, and infidelity. The goal is to foster healthier connections through deeper understanding, empathy, and practical tools for navigating complex relational dynamics.

2. Work-life balance

We support individuals in managing the demands of work and personal life, addressing chronic stress, burnout, and the difficulty in setting clear boundaries. Our focus is on restoring balance, building sustainable habits, and promoting overall well-being without sacrificing personal or professional growth.

3. Self-improvement

We empower students and professionals to build resilience, enhance self-worth, and cultivate a positive self-image. Through practical strategies, we help overcome self-doubt, embrace individual strengths, and develop a growth mindset for personal and professional success.

What to expect in a session?

1. A Space That’s Yours — No Titles, No Pressure:

Whether you’re a student trying to figure life out, or a professional juggling deadlines and self doubts, this is your space to pause, unpack, and just be human — no need to have it all together. After establishing a rapport and establishing the general tone of the session, we can start talking in-depth about your concerns and how they are impacting your daily life.

2. Conversations That Make Sense (and Sometimes, Hit Deep):

We’ll talk in a way that’s grounded and real. I’ll help you connect the dots, reflect on your patterns, and occasionally say something that makes you pause and go, “Huh... I’ve never thought of it that way".

3. Tools That Fit Your Life:

No one-size-fits-all advice here. You'll leave with insights and strategies that actually work — whether you're navigating career stress, relationship confusion, self-doubt, or just trying to stay afloat. After we create a treatment plan for you, I will offer strategies and interventions that help you address your issues so that we can tackle them in order of importance, based on what is bothering you the most. After a predetermined amount of time, we will evaluate these interventions to assess their effectiveness and make the necessary adjustments.
